Change to the TELUS Device Protection Plan Administrator

The TELUS Device Protection Plan (DPP) is now being administered by Asurion . This change took effect as of February 14th, 2017 and is part of our ongoing efforts to put customers first by offering the best post-sale programs.

Asurion is committed to providing the same great service our customers are used to and there will be no changes to the program terms and conditions or coverage.

How it works

Protect your smartphone from loss or damages not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty with the TELUS Device Protection Plan. If your device is lost, stolen or damaged, you’ll receive a comparable replacement in 1 – 2 business days.
